The Quarx is an advanced intermediate glider for a wide range of pilot's, from the weekend recreational flyer to the competition pilot.
It has an impressive speed range combined with precise handling to catch even the smallest thermals.
The wing has a low aspect ratio. The performance is a result of high tech design and extensive research whilst not sacrificing your safety.

> There are 168 pieces of material that go in to making each half of the wing.
> Reducing cells size proportionally to the span of the wing.
> There are diagonal ribs connected to the ABCD lines and these vary depending on the profile thickness and the cell width.
> The top panels do not have intermediate cells and all stitching is in the inside to improve quality and longevity.
> As a result of all this design only 22 attachment point are required resulting in 2 cascades, reducing the overall line length and drag.
> The performance is exceptional for a DHV 2 rated glider. |
